My name is Christie Andolena, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in Red Bank, NJ.

Much like a breaking wave, parts of life can be unexpected and overpowering, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, vulnerable, and lost. Though we may feel controlled by these obstacles, it is important to remember that our struggles do not define us. In my work, I have witnessed the incredible strength of others as they overcome life’s greatest challenges with resilience and courage.
